By default the WM banner system always chooses the next term, though, majority of us need the current one. I wonder how many human hours were wasted with the wrong default. I heard from others and made myself numerous requests to change it, but the response was always: “computers cannot do this”.
One day I had enough and wrote a very simple script which fixes this situation. To install just click on it.
If you look at the script, it is not that complicated. Why our mighty IT team cannot do it is escaping my grasp.
This script works on “Display Advisees” banner page. Its additional benefit is ability to display advisees’ pictures as well.
