Physics 108 - Tutoring - Spring 2010

There are several avenues for help/tutoring for Physics 108:

  1. Physics Help desk
This is located in Millington, room 122. It is staffed by physics graduate students, there to help you (and students taking other physics and astronomy courses). It will be open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. We hope to have it running starting the week of Jan. 25, but certainly by the week after. Free of charge.

  2. Society of Physics Students tutoring
Thursdays, 7:00PM-9:00 PM. in Millington room 112. Undergraduate physics majors volunteer to do this, out of the good of their hearts. Please treat them gently! Free of charge.

  3. Private tutoring
Either of the above would be a good way to meet people who might be interested in providing individual tutoring (presumably for pay).

  4. My office hours
    Thursdays 1:00-5:00 PM, Millington 227

  5. Your problem session instructor will have set office hours for this course as well.
